This should include ages of any children to be cast and what style of cast you would like (freestanding sculpture framed) If you require our mobile service, please provide the location you wish us to travel to. Booking Terms & Conditions All Bookings will require a£50 Non Refundable Deposit. This will secure a date and time for you to attend the studio and have your casting completed. This amount will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance to be paid in full on the day of your session. We accept cash or bank transfer. Your preferred appointment date will be held for 48 hours, after which time, if no deposit is received, will become available to the next customer. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you do not arrive on time. Appointments rescheduled with 48 hours notice will have the deposit transferred to another available date and time where the same conditions will apply. Included in the price of your cast is our standard frame and mounts. This also includes a name plaque. A choice of back cards, mounts and plaques are available to personalise your keepsake. 1 ring per adult hand is included in the price of any free standing sculpture. Any subsequent rings will incur a £25 surcharge per ring. We may take photos of any rings for reference to use during the refinement stage. Your casting will require a minimum 4 week drying time. This is to ensure it will last forever and will not grow mold over time. The cast will then be refined, sealed and air-sprayed in the finish of your choice. This can be a lengthly process depending on the complexity of your cast and workload at that time. Approx minimum wait time for returned cast is 6-8 weeks. Thank you!
